  2. "You," "Customer," "Client" refers to any person or entity purchasing services or products from our website.
  3. "Digital Products" refers to items delivered electronically, including guides, templates, e-books, software, and online courses.
  4. "Services" refers to channel partner consultation, registration assistance, marketing support, or any professional service delivered in-person or remotely.
  5. "Physical Products" (if any) refers to merchandise, printed materials, or other goods shipped by us.

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Digital Products
  • Delivery Method: All digital products are delivered via email link or direct download immediately upon receipt of cleared payment.
  • Access Instructions: You will receive an email with a download link valid for 72 hours. Please download within this period; expired links can be reissued by contacting us.
  • No Physical Shipment: Digital products do not incur shipping charges.
2.2 Services
  • Onboarding & Deliverables: Service deliverables (reports, proposals) are shared electronically via email, Google Drive, or WhatsApp as agreed in the service agreement.
  • Timeline: Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from confirmation of payment; expedited requests (48 hours) subject to additional fee.
2.3 Physical Products (if applicable)​
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time:
    • Domestic: 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Tracking: Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.
  • Lost/Damaged Items: If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Digital Products
  • Instant Access: Because digital products are available immediately, cancellations are not permitted unless certain conditions.
  • How to Cancel: To request cancellation, email contact@pathaestates.com with your order number.
  • Approval: Cancellations will be reviewed and, if approved, a full refund issued within 5–7 business days.
3.2 Services
  • Standard Booking: Service engagements may be canceled up to 48 hours before the agreed start date with no penalty.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before start date incur a fee of 25% of the project value.
  • No-Show: Failure to attend scheduled consultations without notice incurs 50% of the project fee.
  • How to Cancel: Submit cancellation requests in writing to contact@pathaestates.com, Include service agreement reference and reason for cancellation.
3.3 Physical Products (if applicable)
  • Pre-Shipment: Physical orders may be canceled at no charge before shipment.
  • Post-Shipment: Orders canceled after shipment must be returned in original condition; return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
 
4. Refund Policy

4.1 Digital Products
  • Eligibility: Eligible for refund if download link was not accessed, or product is defective and cannot be used as described.
  • Conditions: No refunds for change of mind after download.
  • Process: Contact us at [Contact Email] within 7 days of purchase, providing order details and reason.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4.2 Services
  • Consumption-Based: Refunds are pro-rated based on work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative fees, domain registrations, or third-party software charges are non-refundable.
  • Process: Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of service discontinuation to [Contact Email].

4.3 Physical Products (if applicable)
  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging and unused condition.
  • Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
  • Inspection & Refund: Items are inspected upon receipt; refunds processed within 7 business days after approval.
